TP2803 is a video D/A solution, which is used to convert SD/HD digital video signals into suitable analog domain for long-distance transmission on single coaxial or twisted pair cables. The main application is the security monitoring application or any other application that requires the robust and low-cost transmission of SD/HD video. TP2803 generates analog video signals into CVBS NTSC/PAL or HD transmission video interface (HD-TVI). It is a form of high-definition composite video format widely used in the industry. The TP2803 can accept the interface between the 8-bit 27M 480i/576i SD or 720p25/30 high-definition digital video input standard and embedded synchronization (EAV/SAV) information in 4:2:2 format on 2x8 bits. It has built-in synchronization extraction logic to obtain synchronization information in the video stream.
