EP91A6SQ is an HDMI 2.0 1 in 1 out repeater with HDCP 2.2. The chip has one HDMI input and one HDMI output, including HDCP decryption, audio output, audio input and HDCP re-encryption in repeater mode. The chip supports the conversion of HDCP 1.4 to HDCP 2.2 and HDCP 2.2 to HDCP 1.4. Audio output provides IIS and SPDIF. The HDMI output audio can come from the regenerated LPCM audio source or bypass audio from the selected HDMI input port. The chip supports SD/HD audio and HD/3D/4K2K video up to 60 Hz frame rate. The chip also supports ARC (audio return channel) receivers and transmitters. The onboard eFlash MCU is equipped with ready-made firmware, so the chip can be used at any time.
